My equipment ¤ Tele Vue 101 (not any more with me)

This excellent scope is not with me any more.
I replaced it with TMB115 APO.
Tele Vue 101 is a 4-element Apochromat with very good colour correction in comparison to achromats which show false colour on bright planets and stars.

TV101 is built based on All Nagler's patented 4-element design (based on Petzval design). Two matched lens (air spaced) from low dispersion glass (see 1. on the above picture) are responsible for appropriate colour correction and 2-element optics located by the focuser (see 3. on the above picture), are responsible for FL reduction to 540mm (F5.4) and flat field for astrophotography of up to 35mm format.
With long eyepieces the scope enables as low magnifications as for example 10x with 4.9 deg view angle !
